By accessing or using the services of ByMucheeh Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

ByMucheeh Inc. provides web design, branding, social media management, and digital marketing services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are outlined in the service agreement or proposal provided to you before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of checkout or as outlined in your service agreement.
• All prices are listed in USD.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with our work, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in termination of services.

3. Project Timelines

We commit to the timelines stated in your service package. Timely delivery depends on your cooperation, including providing content, feedback, and approvals within agreed windows. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted delivery dates.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created for your project. ByMucheeh Inc. retains the right to:

• Display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials
• Use your project as a case study (without disclosing confidential business information)

All third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content required for your project. You confirm that any materials you provide (logos, images, copy) are owned by you or that you have the right to use them.

6. Limitation of Liability

ByMucheeh Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
